Greek Pastries

The type of Greek pastries we will be serving:

	Baklava Chopped walnuts and cinnamon-sugar between layers of pasty dough, baked to a golden brown and drenched with a honey syrup.
	Koulourakia Greek butter cookies, a favorite companion with coffee or tea.
	Loukoumades Fluffy and light puffs (Ikariotiko Style), served warm with a honey syrup and sprinkled with cinnamon.
	Kourabiedes Greek shortbread light buttered cookies sprinkled with confectionery sugar that melt in your mouth.
	Melomacarona Country style Greek cookies dipped in honey and topped with crushed walnuts.
